Overall awesome for the price

I am very aware of knives as a process chef in the industry and these are great for the price especially. Like all knives that are high quality, they are like fine China, they need to be treated well. I wouldnt dishwash them
As said they are able to be. Ans they need
Soft scrubbing so they dont rust as all good steal rusts. Love that they are easy to sharpen and aesthetically pleasing. Yes!

Sharp

These knives are very sharp and non serrated which is what I wanted. They are made using German steel but made in China. The handles are very smooth and round which makes them difficult to use. Also the knives are quite large and not very handy for a steak knife. They are obviously well made though. If you don't mind a large slippery knife then they would be good for you..

Basically a 6 pack of kitchen utility knives

I just wanted a decent set of steak knives and thought these looked good enough, but I was fairly shocked at just how massive the blades are. They work great, hold an edge well enough, and sharpen up fairly easy. Oddly enough my gf and I use these fairly often as utility chefs knives (or petty knives or whatever you wanna call them).

All that said, for steak knives these to me feel ridiculously big, you could take an inch or 2 off the length and I think they would be a perfect size.

Oh and its been a while but the not sharp edges may have had some light burrs on them, easy enough to take down with a touch of sand paper, or even a sharpening stone

nice knives, hard steel, very sharp, easy to handle

these are still new to me so i may update some day. first thing is that it is made in china, but they do not try to hide it. it is printed very boldly on box. i did not need a super expensive set, but didn't want cheap either. this fell just in the right spot. blades seem hard and are very sharp out of the box. they are packaged very very well and should not have any damage. they look great. i am sure i will be glad i made the upgrade. this is not the kind of knife you throw in the sink or leave on the counter to be washed later. they are very sharp and like many good knives, can stain if not kept clean and dry. just wash and dry well after use and should be fine.
